STEDA result annoucement

We wholeheartedly endorse and stand in solidarity with Syed Sardar Ali Shah and the Sindh Education Department Team, commonly known as STEDA, for their commendable efforts in orchestrating a rigorous Teacher's License Test. Their commitment to ensuring the highest standards of education is both laudable and essential for the future of our educational landscape.

The established cut-off score of 50 for the test is entirely justified and appropriate. It is imperative that we recruit educators who not only possess a strong work ethic but also demonstrate intellectual prowess. These criteria are fundamental to ensuring that our teachers are well-equipped to excel in various educational activities, thereby fostering a holistic and enriching learning environment for our students.

In light of the recent results, we earnestly urge Syed Sardar Ali Shah, STEDA, and the Sindh Education and Literacy Department (SELD) to recognize and promote the 646 teachers who have successfully passed the test with an overall score of 50. These individuals have demonstrated their competence and dedication, and it would be unjust to undermine their achievements by altering the passing ratio or decreasing the merit.

Lowering the passing ratio to 40 would not only compromise the quality of education but also diminish the value of hard work and excellence. It is crucial that we maintain high standards and uphold the integrity of the testing process to ensure that only the most deserving candidates are entrusted with the responsibility of shaping the minds of our future generations.

In conclusion, we implore Syed Sardar Ali Shah, STEDA, and SELD to uphold the established standards and values by promoting the successful candidates who have met the 50-mark criterion. Let us champion meritocracy, celebrate excellence, and continue to strive for excellence in education for the betterment of our society.
